Please contact AL Genaro at firstname.lastname@example.org to request accommodations during the conference. Be sure to include your full name, contact information, and a brief summary of your needs.
NOTE: Requests should be made no later than March 28th, 2016. Any requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed, but we will try our best to make accommodations.
Current Access Services: ASL Interpretation CART (Live Captioning) FM Systems (Assisted Listening Devices) Braille booklets Large Print booklets Wheelchair rentals Access Parking Paratransit Escorts- walking or bike Priority Seating and more.
Please message AL to reserve access services as some of them are limited. Right now all of our wheelchairs are reserved. If you want to pursue wheelchair (or other access device) rental, please let us know. We also have limited ASL coverage as the main consumer is going to be working on the conference. And CART is mostly limited to all conference sessions because of difficulty to pack up and set up in such a short time between workshops. Other services are also limited. Please contact AL if you have questions. Thanks!
There are accessible spots in the parking garage, but they are not the most convenient to the entrance for where we will be. There are limited metered spots in front of the Coffman stairs (between the parking garage/Yusof Hall and Coffman) that are accessible. Some specifically require an access flag (and are free for 4 hours) and some available for anyone, but free for 4 hours with access flag.
If you need further assistance with accessible parking, such as having your car moved or being met in the parking garage with a wheelchair, please contact AL email@example.com
