This class delivers the introductory level skills needed for both personal safety day to day and small group de-escalation. Our unique curriculum shares insight on both applying the psychology of fighting our negative bias in de-escalation and the awareness of material conditions that affect any given scenario. Time for q&a with the instructor and actors is allocated as well.
