Minnesota Ki-Aikido - Kirsten Welge (she/her)

Living in alignment with your truest self takes profound courage. What if you could keep your cool and relax in the face of challenges? In this workshop, we'll share exercises from the nonviolent Japanese martial art of Ki-Aikido, to experience greater stability, resiliency, and calmness -- regardless of the situation. Led by Kirsten Welge Sensei, Assistant Head Instructor of Minnesota Ki-Aikido, this experiential class is accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities.
